Do you have a sea of shoes in your room and can't justify buying a new pair because of a lack of space?? This is what has happened to me and I have it all from shoe racks to the shoe organizer on my door. I was on a mission to find a great way to organize all my sneakers, boots, heels, flats and flip flops. I found a way that works for me and I hope it works for you.
1. You have to go through all of your shoes and decipher what you want to keep and what you want to give away. I suggest grabbing a few friends, a few bottles of wine and some great tones to get through this step.
2. Now that you have all of you shoes that you are going to keep put them into categories. I have my shoes in two categories which is by style and by brand.
3. After you have everything situated go to your local Target or anywhere you can get storage bins and buy as many as you need. Make sure that you know the size of your shoes and remember that larger is sometimes better. I got my bins the size of my largest sneakers so that all of the bins will stack nicely. I also bought a few really large bins for my long boots. In addition to this i bought a new clear shoe organizer for my door and some tape and ill explain in the next step. These bins are really inexpensive ladies.
4. Get a digital camera and get ready to give your shoes a photo shoot!! There is no need to take pictures of your flip flops because they will all be going into your new clear door organizer in color coded order!
5. Take the shoes and place them into the bins. Do not put the lids on just yet.
6. Go to your computer and upload your photos then print them out. Also print out labels with the categories so that you know the brand as well.

7. Add the photos with the label on the outside of the bins and close the lid.
8. Line up or stack up your bins photo side out on a wall or in your closet depending on how many shoes you own and the space you have. Make sure to line them up by category either brand or style.
9. That's it!!! Now go out there and buy more shoes!!!!!
